Delete Your AI Trading Bot Account
This page explains how users of the AI Trading Bot Mobile app (and the autotraderbot.ai web service) can request deletion of their account and what data is removed or retained.
How to request deletion
Option 1 — In the mobile app (recommended)
- Open the AI Trading Bot Mobile app on your iOS or Android device.
- Sign in with your account credentials.
- Open Settings (the gear icon in the bottom tab bar).
- Tap Account → Delete my account.
- Confirm the request. Your account is scheduled for deletion and is permanently removed 24 hours later.
- Changed your mind? Log back in any time during the 24-hour window and cancel the deletion from your Profile page. After 24 hours, deletion completes and cannot be reversed.
Option 2 — By email
Send an email to support@autotraderbot.ai with the subject line "Delete my account". Send from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request. We will respond within 5 business days, schedule the deletion in our system, and your account is permanently removed 24 hours after we initiate it.
What data is deleted
When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed:
- Your account profile (email, hashed password, member number, display name)
- Linked MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account credentials and connection metadata
- Linked OANDA account credentials (your encrypted API token) and connection metadata
- Active and past login sessions
- Push-notification device tokens (FCM)
- Bug-report submissions and any attached screenshots
- Two-factor-authentication secrets and recovery codes
- Subscription preferences and notification settings
What data is retained, and why
A limited set of data may be retained after account deletion to comply with legal, regulatory, accounting, and fraud-prevention obligations:

Account vs. data deletion
Deleting your account through the steps above removes all of the deletable data listed above. We do not currently support partial deletion (for example, removing only your bug reports while keeping the rest of your account). If you need a partial deletion for a specific legal reason (GDPR, CCPA), email support@autotraderbot.ai and we will handle the request manually.
Reactivation
Once deletion is complete (24 hours after the request, unless cancelled during the cooling-off period), your account cannot be reactivated. You may sign up again with the same email address, but the new account will not have access to any prior data, settings, or subscription history.
