After 14 days, your trading bots are automatically paused. You can still log in and view your dashboard and trade history, but you'll need to upgrade to a paid plan to resume trading. We'll send you email reminders at 3 days and 1 day before expiry so you have time to decide. Your demo data is retained for 30 days.

Yes! You can upgrade to any paid plan at any time — even during your Free Demo trial. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to live trading, additional bots, and advanced features. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing (annual plans save 20%).

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Annual plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing. Your payment information is handled entirely by Stripe — we never store your card details on our servers.

Yes. You can pause your subscription for up to 30 days per year. During the pause period, your bots will be inactive but all your settings, configurations, and trade history are preserved. Your subscription resumes automatically on the scheduled resume date, and billing continues from where it left off.

You can cancel anytime with no penalty. Your account remains fully active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your bots will be paused automatically, but you can still log in and access your historical trade data, analytics, and reports. If you decide to re-subscribe later, your account settings and history will still be available.

Data retention depends on your plan: Free Demo retains data for 30 days, Starter for 90 days (3 months), Professional for 180 days (6 months), and Professional Plus and Professional Max plans include unlimited data retention. This covers your trade history, performance analytics, signal logs, and account snapshots.

You need a Windows PC and a MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account from any supported broker. Register on our website, download the desktop client, connect your MT5 account, configure your bot settings (strategy, currency pair, lot size), and start trading. For the Free Demo trial, you can use any MT5 demo account — no real money is needed. For live trading, you'll need an MT5 live account from your broker.

Security is our top priority. Your MT5 credentials are stored with bank-grade encryption and are never visible in plain text. We offer Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) via authenticator apps with backup codes. All connections between your desktop client and our servers are fully encrypted. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details.

Yes. You can request account deletion from your Profile page at any time. There is a 24-hour cooling period during which you can cancel the request. After the cooling period, your personal information (name, email, phone, address, MT5 credentials) is permanently anonymized. Trade history and payment records are retained for 7 years as required by financial regulatory compliance. This process is fully GDPR-compliant.

Yes! We periodically offer promo codes for percentage discounts, fixed-amount discounts, or extended trial periods. Promo codes can be applied during checkout.
